These terms cover your use of Props Goat at www.propsgoat.com. By signing in you agree to them.
What Props Goat is
Props Goat is a research and tracking tool for sports player props. It shows stats, odds, projections and your own bet records. It does not take bets, hold money, or place bets for you.
Not betting advice
Everything in the app, including projections, confidence levels, signals and shortlists, is for information and entertainment. It is not financial or betting advice and is not a promise of any result. Stats and odds come from third parties and can be late, wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for every bet you place and should only bet what you can afford to lose.
Who can use it
You must be at least 21 and of legal age to bet where you live, and you are responsible for following the laws that apply to you. Access is currently limited to invited members, and we may approve, limit or remove access at any time.
Your account
Keep your sign-in methods secure and don't share your account. You own what you add to the app (bets, notes, recordings); you give us permission to store and display it so the app works for you and your team.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: no scraping or reselling its data, no attempts to break its security, and no unlawful use.
No warranty and limits on liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any losses, including betting losses, lost profits or lost data, that come from using or relying on the app.
Changes and ending
We may change the app or these terms. If you keep using it after a change, the new terms apply. You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
